Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales and service operations within a designated geographic area. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality industrial products and services.

In addition to sales responsibilities, this position requires mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic service work, including the installation of mechanical seals and packing. While not a primary function of the role, this hands-on support is essential and provides added value to our customers. Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments and performing occasional field service as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy & Execution :
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by prospecting and cold calling.
• Present and promote Pioneer Industrial's comprehensive product offerings-including fluid sealing products, control and isolation valves, actuation solutions, rotating equipment, and environmental and safety instrumentation-to prospective and existing customers.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Service Coordination :
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
• Oversee the execution of service contracts, including valve repairs, seal replacements, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements, as necessary.
• Market Analysis & Reporting :
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Pioneer Industrial's brand and offerings.
