Position : Associate Attorney

Experience Level : 2-5 years preferred

Bar Admission : Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

We are currently seeking a litigation-focused Associate Attorney who is ready to handle meaningful responsibilities early and contribute to a fast-moving docket of civil matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable in court and in discovery-heavy cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • Prepare for and attend trials, arbitrations, and oral arguments
  • Research and analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents
  • Work directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings in multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas bar license in good standing
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience (state or federal)
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Comfortable with complex factual and procedural issues
  • Experience in business disputes, fraud, collection litigation, or real estate law is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for depositions or hearings
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
