Key Responsibilities

Prepare compliance applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to filing standards

Act as the primary client contact for assigned filings, ensuring a positive client experience

Identify opportunities to recommend additional services based on client needs

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience

Previous success in a client-facing role such as customer service or sales

Proven ability to manage detail-heavy or complex tasks

Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines consistently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite, email, CRM tools, and online software platforms
