This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Brand Manager, Innovation will serve in a marketing innovation role for the Abbott Nutrition Products Division working on projects for both the Pediatric and Adult Nutrition Business Units. This role supports the development of brand innovation strategies and execution of projects on cross-functional teams. Work on brands such as Similac, Pedialyte, PediaSure, Ensure, Glucerna, Juven, and other Specialty nutritional products.
What You'll Work On :
Support the creation of innovation strategies and identify opportunities aligned with brand objectivesPartner with brand teams to understand goals and ensure innovation initiatives complement overall strategyAssist in gathering consumer and customer insights to identify unmet needsCollaborate with cross-functional partners (R&D, Market Research, Supply Chain, Sales) to support project executionContribute to building business cases for new product concepts through data collection and analysisServe as a key contributor on cross-functional project teams to move projects through the innovation development processManage assigned project timelines and budgetsRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or innovation within healthcare, nutrition, or consumer packaged goodsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with consumer insights and market researchFamiliarity with financial analysis and business case developmentMBA preferredThe base pay for this position is $97,300.00 $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
