On Call Scheduling Coordinator

Schedule :

• Rotation Monday-Friday 5pm-8am, Saturday 8am-Sunday 8am, and Sunday 8am-Monday 8am.  WORK REMOTELY!  Employment status :  Part time must live in Eastern Standard Time Zone On Call Scheduling Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to : Responding urgently to phone messages, emails and shift alerts off hours Scheduling caregivers based on availability and client needs Updating schedule and communicating with all involved parties according to client instructions Reaching out to back up to respond to any new inquiries for service Documenting all activity appropriately T he On Call Coordinator must be a multi-tasker who is an organized, natural problem solver who can remain calm and focused during sensitive situations.
• Must have a home computer or laptop and cell phone.
• Previous experience with high volume scheduling is required- experience with homecare scheduling is  highly  preferred.
