Location : Omro, WI

Shift : 2nd Shift (4-10's, 2PM-12 : 30AM) Monday - Thursday

Position Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Fabrication Lead to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This individual will be responsible for leading a fabrication team on second shift, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

A strong background in manufacturing is required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee second shift production activities.
• Coordinate daily tasks to meet production schedules.
• Act as the point of contact for team members, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist in training team members and support cross-training efforts.
• Communicate clearly with management and first shift to ensure seamless transitions.

Required Qualifications :

Proven manufacturing experience (3+ years preferred).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to communicate clearly across all levels.

Willingness to be cross-trained and help in various departments.

High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.
