Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties specific to your department's scope of service.
• Implement procedures and theories relevant to your area of practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure seamless integration of information for the healthcare team.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Continuously evaluate and modify care plans as necessary.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by reporting and addressing safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to resolve issues and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and precept fellow nurses and nursing students.
• Supervise breastfeeding patients and instruct on proper techniques.
• Document findings and care plans clearly in EPIC.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days (AHA)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $29 - $49.88 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
