Field Customer Engagement Director - Oncology

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Guide the field sales team to develop effective sales strategies and foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through in-field coaching; Serve as sales coaching support for all field sales roles reporting to the Senior Area General Managers, offering disease-state expertise, strengthening product knowledge, and the demonstration of effective relationship development skills; Facilitate the alignment of field activities with our overarching competency models and training programs to ensure consistent development and performance standards across the board while maintaining adherence to company and industry compliance guidelines; Work closely with Senior Area General Managers and Sales Team to identify training needs and deliver solutions that enhance baseline skills, motivate, and drive efficiency; Collaborate with Product & Pipeline, Market Access, HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate field insights into organizational strategies, ensuring informed messaging based on market insights; Provide regular feedback to AGMs / L&D on the effectiveness of training and development programs and initiatives, along with recommendations for continuous improvement; Stay abreast of the latest trends in disease state and competitive markets, incorporating innovative practices to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.
Who You Are
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following : Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, or related field; a master's degree is preferred; A minimum of seven years' experience in Oncology sales, field-based training and development, or leadership coaching, with a strong record of success in similar roles; Strong understanding of competency models, performance management, and adult learning principles; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales leadership and professionals at all levels; Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs and development plans; Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights within the field and translate them into actionable development strategies; Ability to travel extensively to various field locations as required; Minimum of 5 years 1st line leadership; Experience in Leadership development; Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development; Strong understanding of market direction / business Insight; Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Preferred Qualifications : Ten years of experience in healthcare or relatable sales environment; Experience in leadership development; Experience in Learning & Development.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $168,696.00 - $253,044.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
