Key Responsibilities Documentation Development
Develop comprehensive user guides, manuals, and online help documentation for our software platform.
Produce step-by-step tutorials, quick-start guides, and best practice documents to assist users in leveraging the platform effectively.
Manage and update the online help system and knowledge base.
Content Creation
Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content that simplifies complex concepts.
Create diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand product features and functionalities.
Gather feedback from users, customer support, and sales teams to identify documentation needs and areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance
Proofread and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides.
Tools and Technology
Utilize industry-standard tools for documentation creation and management (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Confluence).

Required Qualifications and Skills Education
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the marketing software or SaaS industry.
Deep understanding of marketing software platforms similar to Experiture (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Technical Skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, and content management systems.
Ability to create and edit images, diagrams, and possibly videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Camtasia.
