A company is looking for a Manager of Provider Relations & Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations of the Connection Dental Network Provider Relations and Data Management teams
Oversee provider contract administration, data management, and network content management
Participate in strategic planning and recommend network strategies to enhance provider experience and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Administration, or a related field
5 years of experience in the dental industry with 3 years in a managerial role
Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and develop provider network strategies
Experience in developing high-performing teams and leading them through change
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
