This is not simply our job, it's our passion.Job SummaryThe Bartender is responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for guests. They will work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure One&Only service standards exceed the expectations of guests. They will also work with the F&B Leadership team to establish training and implement plans that will help the team accomplish departmental goals.Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete knowledge of all Food & Beverage offerings, including drinks and food items
• Maintain a knowledge of Food & Beverage sequence of service and standards, going above and beyond for guests and customers dining within the outlets
• Maintain proper knowledge and the ability to sell both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
• Use of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method, and garnishes required
• Maintain a complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
• Ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising follow-up, and hands-on management
• To continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to management
• To assist with any other duties that are required by Food & Beverage management or another member of the hotel management teamSkills, Experience, & Educational Requirements
• At least 2 years' experience at a similar level
• Workplace training from within a high-standard hotel environment
• Knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices within the catering industry
• Experience in a 5
• upmarket resort would be an advantage but not a requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Montana state approved TIPS certification
