• Coverage Needed
• Start Date : 02 / 24 / 2025
• Dates needed : Feb.24-28, Mar. 3-7, Mar. 24-28, April 28-May 2, May 19-23, May 27-30, June 16-20, June 23-27, June 20-July 3. Additional dates through the 2nd half of the year.
• Schedule
• Mon - Fri, no call, no weekends
• 7 : 00 - 3 : 00pm
• Clinical Details
• Special Procedures : Need to be proficient in placing spinals and other blocks preferred
• Case types : Ortho, general, gyn, cystos, endoscopy, ENT, podiatry, vascular
• No hearts, OB, head or Neonates.
• Physician must be willing to do their own rooms on most days and then some days they would supervise.

• Board Certified
• Active OH License, DEA and CSR
