You will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals ages 3 to 21 with autism and developmental disabilities in a shared living setting to help them achieve their goals and dreams, using compassion, creativity, and personalized care to promote skill-building and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance : Step in as a reliable leader, ensuring the program runs smoothly in the Program Manager's absence by coordinating daily activities and programs for all residents.
• Personalized Care : Craft and provide tailored therapeutic programs that foster independence and promote community inclusion.
• Resident Empowerment : Assess residents' abilities and create individualized treatment plans that enhance personal skills and growth.
• Goal-Oriented Support : Develop and implement meaningful annual goals for each resident, helping them reach new milestones.
• Daily Support : Assist residents in maintaining a clean and organized living environment, ensuring they have the tools they need for success.
• Collaboration : Partner with the Program Coordinator to manage residents' medical and healthcare appointments, ensuring timely and effective care.
