You will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals ages 3 to 21 with autism and developmental disabilities in a shared living setting to help them achieve their goals and dreams, using compassion, creativity, and personalized care to promote skill-building and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance : Step in as a reliable leader, ensuring the program runs smoothly in the Program Manager's absence by coordinating daily activities and programs for all residents.
- Personalized Care : Craft and provide tailored therapeutic programs that foster independence and promote community inclusion.
- Resident Empowerment : Assess residents' abilities and create individualized treatment plans that enhance personal skills and growth.
- Goal-Oriented Support : Develop and implement meaningful annual goals for each resident, helping them reach new milestones.
- Daily Support : Assist residents in maintaining a clean and organized living environment, ensuring they have the tools they need for success.
- Collaboration : Partner with the Program Coordinator to manage residents' medical and healthcare appointments, ensuring timely and effective care.
Your Skills and Talents : A Perfect Fit
Experience : Bring at least 1 year of experience in human services or a related field.Leadership : Prior supervisory experience and leadership skills in a caregiving or therapeutic setting.Reliable Driver : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to transport residents when needed.Compassionate Leadership : Ability to support and guide others with empathy, patience, and respect.Adaptability : Thrive in a dynamic environment with problem-solving to meet individual resident needs.Team Player : Work with a collaborative team, supporting residents and staff with enthusiasm and care.Benefits
