What You’ll Do :

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients and families
• Manage payment arrangements and insurance coordination
• Handle financial reporting and patient account follow-up
• Support patients in understanding their investment in their smile journey
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, top-notch experience for every patient
