Payroll Specialist

What You Must Have :
- High school diploma or its equivalent required
- Minimum of three years of experience in Payroll; multi-state experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy
- Experience with implementation of an HCM / HRIS / HRMS strongly preferred
- Comfortable navigating through Department of Labor and other complex regulations
- Organized work habits, accuracy, and proven attention to detail, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Process all employee related personnel data for multiple agencies, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with policy.Process multi-state payroll on a semi-monthly scheduleAbility to navigate in HCM and EMR system for timekeeping and payroll processingEnsure the accuracy and compliance for any I9's, tax document or other personnel documentsServes as liaison between Home Office HR and all other field sites / departments to influence proactive administration and ensure all approvals or deadlines are communicated for appropriate staff membersProduce excel reports and create ad hoc ADP reports as needed for quality control outcomesParticipate in preparing training materials, HR meetings or participate in other projects related to all areas of HRPerformance of other duties as requiredEnsure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and proceduresWorking with Heart to Heart Hospice
