The Inspector Final is responsible for maintaining a high-quality

product by accurately inspecting the product.

Key Tasks

MAINTAINS QUALITY PRODUCT BY :

Inspecting product prior to final packaging,

checking for all manufacturing defects and correct components to determine

• which products will pass inspection including labeling verification;

inspecting reworked product to determine if designated rework was completed

confirming final package contents prior to final booking.

MANAGES INVENTORY BY :

Inspecting purchased items and inventoried

components; accurately matching all serial numbers and bar code numbers to

correspond with each other where appropriate; ordering supplies needed for

routine daily operations; and segregating nonconforming materials.

MAINTAINS PRODUCT RECORDS BY :

Maintaining accurate count of all product and

using defect codes and completing re-work cards, updating work orders and

product evaluation forms and authorizing release of product; following good

manufacturing documentation practices.

SUPPORTS OPERATIONS BY :

Communicating with Inventory and Packaging teams to

keep operations efficient; segregating incomplete product to prevent use; bubble

testing and diagnosing product failures to allow for reporting and trend

analysis; reporting atypical results to management.
