Public Area Supervisor - District Manager - Experience in Hotel Operations.

We are seeking an experienced Public Area Supervisor to oversee  50-75+ staff in various locations in Miami, FL, maintaining all hotel public spaces. The ideal candidate has a strong background in floor care, staff leadership, and daily operations management for teams of 20 or more employees for 5+ years.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and motivate public area attendants and custodial staff.
• Schedule and coordinate work assignments to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Oversee all floor care programs (carpet, marble, tile, and hard surface maintenance).
• Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
