Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Intern who’s eager to gain real-world experience across multiple industries. You’ll play an active role in leading digital marketing initiatives, supporting brand awareness, and driving growth for all three Lindsay brands.
This internship goes far beyond shadowing, you’ll be creating, strategizing, and executing initiatives that make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our digital marketing presence : Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content that reflects each brand’s tone, voice, and audience.
- Launch thought leadership initiatives : Help develop and publish blog articles to position Lindsay as a leader in the industry.
- Support strategic growth : Assist in executing digital campaigns that align with marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate across teams : Work with sales, operations, and leadership to source content, success stories, and project highlights.
- Support employee engagement on LinkedIn : Help team members elevate their personal and professional presence through posts and content strategies.
- Travel opportunities : Attend photo / video shoots, visit plant locations, and possibly represent Lindsay at trade shows and industry events.
- Analyze and improve performance : Track engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements for social and digital strategy.
