A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Engineer to assist their Expert Services team in addressing customer needs and enhancing software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate performance and support readiness for delivery quality

Drive services pre-sales and scoping exercises to enhance customer adoption of the platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product improvements

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical consulting, software development, application security, or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience

1+ years of experience leading customer projects

Experience in Software Development or DevOps

In-depth knowledge of the Git version control system
