Introduction :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Center Administrator to join one of our clients in Kennesaw, GA. This role is essential to ensuring smooth communication between our customers and internal service teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with solid organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent support. Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the Technical Support Center and the main ZRNA line (6555), ensuring efficient call routing.
Record service-related interactions—whether via phone, email, or chat—into the Pulse system, including customer and Field Service Engineer (FSE) communications.
Set up and manage remote desktop sessions to assist customers with technical issues.
Coordinate the packaging and shipment of calibration tools and spare components.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing timely updates and facilitating issue resolution.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the company’s website Chat Bot.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
