Wealth Management Analyst

Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) / Private Wealth Advisor(s) / teams on a daily basis. As a key member of the service team, in supporting Financial Advisor(s) / Private Wealth Advisor(s) / teams, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and / or proposal tools, financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Client Service : As a key member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA / PWA / team including :

• Assisting the FA / PWA / team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups
• Providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and / or FA / PWA / team
• Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms

Salary range for the position : $50,000 and $90,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
