Seeking an individual who will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments by verifying orders, packaging, labeling items, and arranging transportation.

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS

Essential :

• Order preparation : Verifying shipping orders against items, packing them correctly, and preparing shipping labels.
• Documentation : Creating and processing shipping documents like bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, and delivery receipts.
• Inventory management : Tracking inventory for outgoing goods and restocking items as needed.
• Logistics : Scheduling trucks for shipments, tracking their status, and communicating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Record keeping : Maintaining accurate shipping logs and other required paperwork.
• Work area maintenance : Keeping the shipping area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
