Job Summary :
- Serve as the primary coordinator and support person for district data systems.
Qualifications :
Graduation from a Technical or Business School with an emphasis on technology.Preferred five years of broad technical experience in a mixed platform environment or any combination of education / experience deemed suitable and relevant for the position.Duties and Responsibilities (including but may not be limited to) :
Responsible for the accurate preparation, integration, and reconciliation of data between systems.Ensure district data systems are accurately and consistently maintained and troubleshoot inconsistencies.Responsible for assisting staff with correctly entering data into student and learning management systems.Act as the main point of contact for administrators and staff to assist with gradebook, scheduling, and course selection.Develop reports and data queries for district staff.Troubleshoot software systems in a mixed platform, multivendor environment.Maintain procedural knowledge of data systems as well as technical knowledge of all systems used.Perform database and application integration and interchanges between locally developed systems and vendor-supplied applications.Coordinate creation, management, and reporting of accounts and scores in DRC, CDT, Keystone, Study Island, benchmarks, and other assessment or instructional systems.Perform help desk duties, as needed, and maintain appropriate logs.Maintain inventory and perform control inventory duties.Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by the Technology Director or designee.Other Duties, Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
