Pay Range : $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Summary

We're hiring a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Auburn, CA . As a valued team member, you'll deliver patient-centered therapy to help individuals recover, restore function, and improve quality of life. ️ Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions to a diverse patient population

Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

Supervise and support therapy assistants and aides as needed

Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and team members

Ensure safety and quality of care at all times

Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality initiatives

Maintain licensure and stay current on continuing education

✅ Requirements

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Active California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)

Current CPR certification (meeting state licensure requirements)

Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in patient mobility
