Opportunity Overview : CORTEK seeks a highly qualified Soldier Team Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO) to serve as Key Personnel supporting Army Soldier Systems programs. This role focuses on integrating, analyzing, and managing crew-served weapons, sniper systems, optics, mounts, and tactical targeting technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep operational experience with Army weapon systems and synchronization across Soldier Team capabilities.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Manage and synchronize Army Soldier Team programs and capabilities
• Provide strategic analysis and support for decision forums and briefings
• Support integration of crew-served weapons and related systems into Army modernization efforts
• Collaborate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to develop strategic-level products
• Conduct quality control of leadership reviews and portfolio briefings
• Maintain and update leadership smart books and strategic communication materials
