Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Enjoy Fridays Off!)

Pay Range : $22.00–$26.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Purpose of the Role

As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the precision metal components that power Tracewell’s advanced technology platforms. You’ll work with a variety of materials and tools to form parts to exact specifications, contributing directly to the quality and performance of our products.

What You’ll Do

• Machine Operation & Setup

Independently set up and operate Amada Press Brake machines. Ensure proper tooling, fixturing, and programming based on blueprints and job travelers.

Form parts within tight tolerances (+ / - .005”) using aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and copper. Record inspection measurements using calipers, protractors, and height gauges.

Interface with programmers, engineers, and team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality outcomes.

Complete production and quality forms, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Rotate through different fabrication processes as needed, support inventory and part handling, and contribute to a safe and efficient workspace.
