What you'll do :

  • Support NA sourcing short- and long-term strategies. In this role will play a vital part for Supply Chain North America, assisting with marketing operations, managing product sourcing activities, documentation, and supporting day to day supply chain activities. Candidate will help ensure that samples, proposals, and project milestones are completed on time, while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned through clear communication and timely follow-ups

Sourcing & Procurement Coordination

  • Identify source and pre-qualify vender and assist supplier on-board (quotations, MOQ, sample testing, account setup process)
  • Maintain sourcing database and documentations
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (i.e. operations, marketing and R&D) to ensure procurement decisions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry regulations
  • LTO Merch or packaging planning coordination.
  • Supply Chain Planning and Purchase Support

  • Support planning activities as needed
  • Coordinate sample shipments and feedback loops between stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update pricing sheets, maintain product catalogs

    Supply Chain Logistics Support

  • Execute ad-hoc tasks to keep operations seamless
  • Monitor team chat channels in real time; close the loop on every assignment.
  • Support inbound related activities (i.e. HS & HTS code verification, custom documentation)
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support end-to-end fulfillment plan.
  • Experience you need to be successful :

  • A solid global sourcing experience in multiple international Corp
  • Knowledge of food services, including product go-to-market strategies, product launch and fulfillment; specialty beverage service experience preferred
  • Experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts to include supply and quality agreements, is preferred
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed, multiple stake-holder environment, both at the strategic and operational levels with a high level of commercial acumen is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Data analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing or related);
  • Minimum 2-3 years in product operations, sourcing, marketing or project coordination—QSR : QSR experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint,
  • Highly self-driven with excellent organization, follow-through, and willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment
  • Strong verbal / written in English, and verbal / written communication in Chinese is a plus
