Collections Agent

Ed Martin Auto Credit is growing again!  We're looking for and experienced collections agent for our Buy Here Pay Here business.  If you are looking for a fun, fast paced environment in a beautiful workplace, look no further!

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls to dealership and transfer accordingly.
• Receive and receipt account payments.
• Actively monitor all Buy Here Pay Here accounts to ensure good standing.
• Coordinate and execute daily collections action plan with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate customer service appointments.
