Job Title : Solutions Analyst
Job Overview :
The Solutions Analyst serves as a vital conduit between the organization's business objectives and its IT capabilities. This role involves systematically studying existing processes and procedures, leveraging infrastructure domain knowledge to pinpoint gaps or inefficiencies. This analysis forms the foundation for designing and implementing IT Infrastructure solutions that automate specific processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. The Solutions Analyst drives technological advancement within the Infrastructure division, ensuring a seamless integration of IT with core business processes and playing a pivotal role in the organization's digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Analysis : Conduct comprehensive reviews of the organization's current processes and procedures to identify areas ripe for automation or improvement.
- Solution Design & Innovation : Develop and design IT solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery. This includes proactively monitoring emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged for operational improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and other personnel to ensure requirements and expectations are consistently met. This responsibility also covers regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to stakeholders and senior Technology leadership.
- Compliance & Governance : Maintain an acute awareness of and strict adherence to rules impacting solution delivery, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, thereby ensuring all solutions are robust and sustainable.
- Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from initial conceptualization through to final implementation. This encompasses managing resources, adhering to timelines, and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :
Experience : Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience.Skills :Proficiency in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
Proven project management acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Strong self-management capabilities, high levels of initiative, and dedication to completing assignments promptly.Ability to build and maintain strong, cooperative working relationships.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate various problem-solving options effectively.Additional Information :
