Job descriptionLead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents. Handle resident communications and ensure timely resolution of issues. Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense control. Oversee leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue goals. Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and regulatory standards. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property maintenance and improvements. Implement creative marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Organize events and initiatives that build community engagement. High School Diploma required; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office. Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience. Fluent in English and Spanish. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Leadership and strategic vision Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Resident-focused and results-driven Familiarity with housing laws and compliance Marketing and tech-savvy Adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to walk the property, perform inspections, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs. Comfortable using tools and property management equipment as needed.
