Description : Position Overview

The Valet Manager oversees all valet operations at Radkin Concierge–managed properties, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth vehicle flow, and strict adherence to property and company policies. This role requires hands-on leadership, professionalism, and coordination with property management, residents, and concierge teams to maintain Radkin’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all valet attendants to ensure punctuality, appearance, and adherence to Radkin service standards.
  • Maintain an organized valet operation with efficient vehicle retrieval, parking, and key control.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to uphold a professional and welcoming front-drive experience.
  • Monitor daily traffic flow, adjust staffing based on occupancy and events, and ensure guest wait times remain minimal.
  • Oversee all incident reports, damage claims, and ensure timely communication with property management and Radkin leadership.
  • Enforce parking protocols, access control, and compliance with HOA or property parking policies.
  • Conduct shift briefings and maintain daily operational logs in coordination with the concierge team.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and security departments regarding driveway or garage concerns.
  • Maintain accurate shift schedules, attendance records, and assist with payroll submissions via Paylocity.
  • Represent Radkin Concierge in a professional manner at all times through communication, grooming, and customer interaction.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly or salaried (depending on property size and contract scope).

  • Minimum of 2 years of valet or hospitality management experience (luxury residential or hotel preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles .
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.
  • Proficiency with digital systems (Google Workspace, Paylocity, BuildingLink, TekControl, or equivalent).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods.
  • Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
