  • Physician & Family Coordination : Serve as a key liaison among physicians, families, and residents—ensuring transparent communication and care alignment.
  • Support Critical Care Delivery : Step in when necessary to deliver direct care or procedures, especially in complex or urgent situations.
  • Champion Quality Improvement : Lead and participate in QA meetings, review performance metrics, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
  • Oversee Clinical Documentation : Regularly audit records, consultant reports, and quality data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Drive Staff Development : Coach, counsel, recruit, and develop nursing personnel to grow professionally and deliver exceptional care.
  • Handle Challenges with Integrity : Address resident, family, or staff concerns with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.
