Title : Associate Payroll

Location : St. Paul, MN (100% Onsite)

Duration : 3 Months and Possibility of extension

Pay Range : $25 / hr to $29 / hr (On W2)

We are looking for a "Associate Payroll" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Payroll to join our team. This role plays a key part in processing payroll-related tasks, including child support withholdings, garnishments, and employee inquiries. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Proven customer service skills in both written and verbal communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Macros), Word, and payroll software.

Education :

We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
