Advantra is partnering with a Series A CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire a Deductions Specialist to help brands optimize accounting and deductions workflows.

About the role :

You will support accounting and deduction teams, translate user pain into product improvements, and ensure customer success with the platform.

Responsibilities :

• Support accounting and deduction teams during implementation to ensure successful onboarding.
• Help users troubleshoot challenges and collect feedback to improve the product.
• Translate user pain points into actionable software improvements.
• Build and maintain documentation for retailer and distributor deduction processes.
• Document cash application and deductions management workflows within the product.
• Partner with the sales team during calls and customer interactions.
