As Director BPO Sales, you'll operate as a senior consultant and strategist. You'll identify opportunities, develop relationships, and lead the full sales process from first conversation to contract. You'll partner directly with executives in finance, telecom, and customer experience industries, positioning CBE as the partner they can count on for compliance, quality, and care.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who has led complex sales cycles, thrives in midmarket or growth-stage environments, and enjoys building new business without red tape.

The pay range for this position is $82,000-$90,000 / year, plus bonus and commission opportunity. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
