Job Summary and Qualifications

• Coordinates the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data relative to specified quality improvement programs within the hospital.
• Maintains documents and records according to state and federal health care standards.
• Demonstrates competency and performs consistently under non-routine conditions and complex situations.
• Coaches others on performance and suggests ideas for development.
• Uses knowledge to challenge current assumptions/practice.
• Significantly improves specific processes; recommends and facilitates initiatives to improve stakeholder value.
• Drives key business improvements and results.
• Participates as a subject matter expert.

What qualifications you will need:

• Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• 3 to 5 years related experience in acute care clinical experience
• Knowledge or experience with JCAHO & other regulatory agencies, process improvement, and PI tools including computer programs such as Word & Excel
