Take the lead in protecting people, equipment, and mission-critical data center operations. This EHS Manager role is a high-impact opportunity supporting fast-paced, high-reliability facilities where safety, compliance, and operational continuity are essential. You will own the development and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs that keep advanced data center environments running safely and sustainably.

What You Will Do :

• Drive all EHS policies and safety initiatives for active data center sites
• Conduct risk assessments for electrical systems, HVAC, fire suppression, and other critical infrastructure
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness planning
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards
• Oversee contractor safety performance and field activities across multiple sites
• Deliver EHS training and partner with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety into all phases of work
