Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8hr Nights
Ratios: 1:15-25
Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
First-Timers Accepted: 1 year of previous travel experience required
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Certs REQ: BCLS
Is On-Call REQ?: No
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local " within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
Pending License Accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
