What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear, accurate information about our products and services
Solve customer issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with your team to improve processes and boost satisfaction
Stay up to date on products, policies, and best practices
Help onboard and mentor new team members when needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education / certifications are a plus)
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills —both written and verbal
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented spirit
