Registered Nurse Float Pool (Night Shift)

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE

Salary Range : $52.22 $77.59 / hour, plus $3.50 / hour Resource Team differential and $7 / hour night shift differential.

Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.

What Youll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
• Document care accurately and timely
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members competencies
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
