1st Shift Assembly Line Leader

Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st Shift Assembly Line Leader located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift : Monday-Friday 7AM-3 : 30PM

Pay : $23.67 / Hour

Summary : The Assembly Line Leader supports and directs daily assembly operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role assigns tasks, handles complex builds, trains team members, and serves as a backup to the Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the assembly team

Assign and coordinate daily tasks

Perform and assist with complex assemblies and rework

Train and support assemblers

Use basic software for label printing, SAP transactions, and testing

Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas

Float between teams as needed

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Mechanical ability and manual dexterity

Ability to lift up to 44 lbs

Basic computer and equipment operation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
