The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for enhancing the overall resident experience by ensuring all areas of the community are neat, orderly, and welcoming for guests. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the community is paramount in delivering on the level of service Grand Living promises to its residents and their family members. The Housekeeping Assistant is to model The Sterling Touch friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner, resulting in a very high level of resident satisfaction while providing housekeeping services and upkeep of all common areas and resident apartments. The Housekeeping Assistant position is under the general guidance of the Director of Environmental Services in accordance with community standards, processes, procedures, practices, and philosophies.
Qualifications and requirements for the Housekeeping Assistant must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
For the Housekeeping Assistant, we offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package for full-time employees including a generous paid time off (PTO) program offering 120 hours of PTO in the first year, increasing to 160 hours in the second year, and continuing to build with length of service; affordable insurance options for medical, dental, vision and more; a 401(k) with a 4% company match on a 5% contribution, automatic life insurance and AD&D coverage for all team members with a robust employee assistance program (EAP). PTO is earned at lesser rates for part-time staff.
