Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Andover, MA. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, conducting therapy sessions, and providing case management services. The therapist will work with both adolescents and adults, focusing on various emotional and neurodevelopmental disorders. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans and performing collaborative therapy sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in Treatment Planning and Evidence-Based Counseling
• Minimum 2 years Experience in Social Work and Psychology
• Proficiency in working with Children in counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
• Licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent or pre-licensed individual working towards licensure.
• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred
