MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - IN/compact RN license
BLS
4 years recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting
Care management and discharge planning experience in hospital setting
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8:00am-4:30pm, holidays required that fall during contract
SYSTEMS - Cerner
START DATE - 4/20/2026
