Annual Salary Range : $60,000 -$65,000 plus bonus potential, depending on experience.
Position Summary : This role is responsible for facilitating full lifecycle recruitment including networking, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. The recruiter will build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. In addition to full lifecycle recruiting, you will also manage special projects that may include establishing and managing school partnerships, sourcing projects for hard to fill positions, and coordination of hiring events. Essential Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical positions.Lead the full cycle recruiting process : identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates.Use data, your experience, and industry trends to create sourcing and closing strategies for a diverse slate of candidates.Provide a high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel; develop trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement.Assist in scheduling, attending, and managing recruitment events.Other Duties :
