Receive and triage medication orders from healthcare providers efficiently.

Verify accuracy of prescriptions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding medication management.

Maintain accurate records of medication orders and patient information.

Assist in inventory management and medication restocking processes.

Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve any medication-related issues.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of medication types, dosages, and administration routes.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Current California pharmacy technician license or eligibility for licensure.
