Job Title : Payroll Processor - Direct Hire

Location : Minneapolis, MN (This is a 100% onsite role in Plymouth, MN. Only local candidates will be eligible for consideration).

Pay Rate : $65 - $75K / annually dependant on applicable experience

Our client in Plymouth, Minnesota is looking to add a Payroll Processor to their growing team on a permanent / direct hire basis! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

You’ll handle a mix of payroll responsibilities, supporting the accounting, finance and HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

• Process multi-state payroll using ADP with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries
• Support month-end close through account reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with AP / AR functions including invoice coding, payments, and receipts
• Maintain employee payroll files and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Provide exceptional internal customer service and partner cross-functionally with finance and HR
