Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.  You will support day-to-day financial operations and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Process high-volume vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits
  • Assist with month-end closing and accruals as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others and contribute to group success

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and problem-solving skills
