Senior eDiscovery Counsel

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking AmLaw firm with a fully integrated eDiscovery and technology stack, is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join their collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly under a highly respected leader in the space, supporting sophisticated litigation matters and driving strategy on review workflows, technology adoption (including AI tools like relAIR), and records retention counseling. The ideal candidate is a substantive eDiscovery attorney who can draft briefs, contribute to overall strategy, and proactively build strong internal and client relationships. While there is a preference for Chicago, New York, or Dallas, our client is flexible as to office location for the right person; this is a hybrid position.

Expected salary for this exempt role is $200,000 - $325,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
