Job descriptionKeeping work area clean and organized and maintaining equipment in good working order. These responsibilities highlight the importance of attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction Minimum Experience : 2 years and must be within the last 5 years Hourly rate $20-$25 / HR Resume must reflect experience to include name / address / phone number of companies that previous experience was obtained. Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Surface Preparation : Cleaning, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting. Mixing and Color Matching : Using color-matching systems to mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate results. Paint Application : Applying coats of primer, paint, and clear coat to vehicles, ensuring the paint is even and free of runs or sags. Quality Inspection Inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary touch-ups or corrections. Team Collaboration Working with other members of the auto body repair team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
